Biography:
Gilbert Garza’s professional practice focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Mr. Garza has experience representing injured persons as a result of motor vehicle accidents, offshore accidents, refinery accidents, construction injuries, on-the-job accidents, slip-and-fall cases and all other areas of personal injury. Mr. Garza’s practice covers all aspects of litigation, including trial, mediation, arbitration and appeal of cases. Mr. Garza has practiced in trial courts and courts of appeals throughout the state of Texas, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
